Darryl A. Kelley

Born in Norfolk, Virginia on January 19, 1961, the eighth and last child of Russell V. (deceased 1985) and Fannie A. Kelley, both of whom are from Norfolk, Virginia. Attended the public schools in Norfolk and Virginia Beach, Virginia, graduating in June 1979 from Granby High School in Norfolk, Virginia. Admitted to the Maryland State Bar 1998 and the District of Columbia Bar, 1998; Bar Association Memberships ( ABA, NBA, MD, Prince George’s, J. Franklyn Bourne, Montgomery Co., Baltimore). Member of the Airport Advisory Committee, Prince George’s County. Member of the Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity. Former board member, Old Fort Hills Home Owner’s Association. Past PTA President, Rose Valley Elementary School, and PTA President Henry G. Ferguson, Elementary School. Chairman, Trustee Board, Fort Foote Baptist Church.

Mr. Kelley was a member of the Maryland State Legislature from the 26th legislative district. He served on the Judiciary committee and was vice-chair of the Bi-County Committee which oversees Washington Suburban Sanitary Commission and the Maryland National Capital Park and Planning Commission.
